Biography

He is affiliated to Department of Management and Humanities, University of Technologi Petronas, Seri Iskandar Perak Malaysia. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of subject research. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

  Do Core Self - Evaluation Impact Every Job - Outcomes? Test the Moderating Role of Organizational Socialization: Empirical Studies in the Newcomer's Context at a Government Organization

  Is there organization socialization as a moderating relationship? The study involved 159 newcomers to the Aceh Besar District Government organization. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online to respondents through Google forms. Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) and Multiple Regression were used in this research analysis method. The results show that Core Self-Evaluation from new entrants has a positive impact on each work outcome. Furthermore, organizational socialization supports the relationship, but the role of organizational socialization is not proven to achieve better job satisfaction. .. View more»
