Workplace sexual harassment is a devastating issue in worldwide. Incidences of sexual harassment have been substantially reported by the women from all walks of life, who has exposed to any kind of sexual misconduct during their job hours. In any health care organization, nurses are more prone to victimize the sexual harassment due to unprivileged professional repute, and the nature of clinical services, which performed by them.
