Currently Yang Wang is a Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University, with particular interests in network science, computation social science and big data. His research interests lie in the intersection of complex systems, network theory, computational social science, climate science, and statistical physics. Through the lens of large-scale datasets, he hope to use and develop tools of network science to help improve the way in which we understand the underlying laws that governs various systems such as social systems, innovations, public policy and the earth climate system. Totally he has done 18 publications in his research field.
