Biography

Dr. Womeni Hilaire M working in a Food Science and Technology Department, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt in the department of Biochemistry, University of Dschang, PO Box 67, Dschang, Cameroon. He has an interest in the field of Biochemistry, Germinated corn flour; Flow velocities and has published articles entitled Effect of Boiling and Roasting on the Lipids Quality of Pig Meat (Longissimus Dorsi muscle) Enriched at Different Concentrations of Allium sativum, Zingiber officinale, Allium cepa, Piper guineense and Ricinodendron heudelotii Powders. He is from Cameroon.
