    Cognitive Aging: Understanding and Managing Decline

    Cognitive aging refers to the changes that occur in cognitive abilities as individuals grow older. While aging is a natural process, it is important to understand and manage cognitive decline to ensure a better quality of life for older adults. This article aims to explore the phenomenon of cognitive aging, its underlying causes, and strategies to manage and potentially slow down the decline. Cognitive abilities encompass a wide range of mental processes, including memory, attention, executive function, language, and processing speed.
