adults. It evaluates patient satisfaction, accessibility, and clinical outcomes, highlighting both the benefits and the
challenges, such as technological barriers and the need for digital literacy among the elderly. Dementia, a syndrome
characterized by a decline in cognitive function beyond what might be expected from normal aging, presents a
