Pharmacovigilance: A Meta-Analysis on ADRS of Past and Recent Tragedy Occurred in Gambia

Pharmacovigilance is a crucial component of clinical research and is studied in depth. They are the stage of
pharmaceutical research that can relate to the detection, assessment, comprehension, and avoidance of hazardous
effects, with an emphasis on both the long-term and short-term impacts of medication. The company initially
produced common medications including paracetamol and riboflavin 5'-phosphate. Recently the tragedy has taken
place in Gambia that has killed 66 innocent children’s by serving the cough syrup to child and the company from
