Academic Background: Dr. Sanjay Chadha is a distinguished scientist and educator in vegetable science, with a specialization in plant breeding and organic farming. He earned his Ph.D. in Vegetable Science from CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSK HPKV), Palampur, in 1998. He also completed his M.Sc. in Vegetable Science and B.Sc. in Agriculture from the same institution.

Professional Career: Dr. Chadha is currently serving as a Principal Scientist in the Department of Vegetable Science and Floriculture at CSK HPKV, Palampur. His career spans various roles, including research, teaching, and leadership in vegetable breeding and organic farming. He has been involved in breeding programs for bacterial wilt-resistant hybrids in tomato and CMS-based hybrids in cabbage.
