Acute Retinal Necrosis Syndrome (ARN syndrome) is a rare condition, caused by DNA viruses, The diagnosis of this
condition is mainly based on the suggestive clinical appearance. Prompt diagnosis and treatment are crucial to
prevent visual loss. We report the case of a 56 years old women, diabetic, who presented to the emergency room for
