Abdominal Cocoon as a Rare Cause of Acute Intestinal Obstruction: A Case Report

Abdominal cocoon is one of the rare causes of intestinal obstruction. It is referred as complete or partial small bowel encapsulation caused by the thick fibro collagenous membrane. It is most common in young adolescent girls. We present a 34-year-old male patient with idiopathic abdominal cocoon causing intestinal obstruction.
