Effect of Breakthrough Infection on the Spread of COVID-19 Evaluated
by a Flexible Compartment Model

From 1971-1978, the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine was administered as one single dose. After 1978, the vaccine was administered as two doses 28 days apart with the second dose considered as a booster shot. Patients who may have gotten one dose of MMR are estimated to be currently above 49 years old and patients who received two doses are 41 years old and under.
