Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is one type of physiological hyperglycemic disorders. It is linked with a failure of the
synthesis of sugars, fat, and proteins, contributing to medical complications like thinning, macro-vascular, and

self-management activities of patients with type 2 diabetes at Wardha city's tertiary care hospital.
Material and methodology: The cross-sectional research was carried out in Wardha City's tertiary care rural hospital.
The research was conducted using a simple research tool and this analysis involved 105 people, and data was gathered
