Biography

Dr. Kunio Yui is a professor of Psychiatry, Research Institute of Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Ashiya University Graduate School of Education, Hyogo Japan. Dr. Yui was an associate professor of Department of Psychiatry, Jichi Medical School (1995-2005), and a professor of psychiatry, Faculty of Human Science, Kansai University of International Studies (2005-2007). He was a member of the Award Committee of the Collegium Internationale Neuro-Psychopharmcologicum (CINP), (2003-2010), and councilor of the Japanese Society of Neuropsychopharmacology (1989-present), the Japanese Society of Biological Psychiatry, Councilor (1991-present), and the Japanese Society of Neuropsychiatry, Committee of Education for Expert Psychiatrist (2002-present). His recent research fields are neuropsychopharmacology and neurobiology. Dr. Yui recently received two research grants from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan.

Research Interest

He is now studying new medical care and related neuronal function for autism spectrum disorders, particular the role of arachidonic acid in the autism brain,Psychopathic personality disorders.

The birth date: 5 February 1938, principal scientific worker in the Institute of Nuclear Research of NASU from April of 2014, Doctor of physical-mathematical sciences (physics of atomic nucleus and elementary particles, 1989), senior scientific worker (theoretical and mathematical physics, 1982), professor (physics of atomic nucleus and elementary particles, 1992). Quantity of scientific publications – more 280, quantity of Christian apologetic and philosophic publications - near 90.
