Assimilation and overflow of the information at molecular or cellular level is the most vital part of the Understanding process which in turn develops or ignites Cognition. Pavlov’s classical conditioning needs to be studied once again and reanalyzed and recalculated to match up to the speed of the modern world. Time to renew and rethink asking an elderly person the same old question ‘WHO is the Taoiseach/ Tánaiste’ Questions in MMSE when they just arrive at the nursing home like How do you see life – obvious answer of a vulnerable elderly would be dreadful, answer of the student nurse will be that woman/ man is awful rude. Health system in Ireland will be according to the current issues. Duplication of work and employee burn out, this can be picked up the accident and investigation team (surveillance camera), I mean privacy and dignity is a real thing not to be just kept in the BOOK OF KELLS. Lack of communication or miscommunication, delay in proper care delivery. Philosophy is vast and the remit is limitless - Innovation in Medicine through CARE not CURE.
