The causes of non-infectious diseases are coordinated with the environmental and genetic factors. They are often expressed in the form of the body diseased state (or) symptoms. Because psychological stress combined with the irregular eating behaviors that result in the nutritional disturbances, further effects on the different organ system. In case of type I diabetes mellitus and inflammatory bowel diseases are the autoimmune disorders. The recent studies show that, there is an increase in the risk of mood of disorders which are of long term based. This may increase the dose pattern related to mental disorders when autoimmune diseases and infections are evaluated together. In the autoimmune process, pathogens regulates the auto antibodies which cross reacts with neuronal antigens, has also been recognized in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric disorders. Type I diabetes is a prototypic tissue specific autoimmune disease which is due to destruction of lymphocytes of pancreatic islets of insulin producing beta cells which ultimately result in the insulin deficiency because of loss of islet beta cell levels. There will be a progressive cellular oxidative stress; chronic inflammation generated by hyperglycemia can result in neural and circulatory complications, loss of kidney functions, blindness, heart attack and stroke resulting in early mortality. Immunological suppression vaccines including combinatorial that link stimulatory molecules to antigens have been developed to enhance vaccine efficacy.
