The main strategy for treating solid cancer is based on the very early diagnosis of a malignant tumor. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), based on the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon, provides the possibility of detecting early malignant tumors with the assistance of appropriate contrast agents. Supermagentic nanoparticles with their super magnetic and biocompatible would reveal by the surfactant suit this property. Suitable magnetic material that can fulfill all the requirements of MRI application are still under investigation. From these the Prussian blue nanoparticles and its analogues nanoparticles are the candidate. In the present investigation, synthesis and characterization of prussian blue and prussian blue analogues nanoparticicles (NP), and their application on biomedical application were investigated. Prussian blue NP were synthesized by using salts and cyanide containing ferrate salt, using different stabilize or surfactant, and without using the surfactant, and the result obtained was successful. The detail characterization of the nanoparticles was carried out using UV-Vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform Infra-red(FT-IR), and Attenuated total, reflectance(ATR), Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier transform Spectroscopy (DRIFTS), transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis and DRIFT , the final compostion of the nanoparticles has beed studed using elemental analysis, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy( EDX) analysis used. From TEM image analysis, different size of nanoparticles was obtained starting from 3-130 nm in average by using different method and usining different stabilizer. From the IR, UV-Vis, and others characterization, the formation of the naoparticles is confirmed
