Abstract:

Caries which involve wide age bars worldwide is still a problem despite of so many advancements in dentistry. It causes destruction of teeth and costs lots of money in its treatment. Silver Diamine Fluorideis a good solution for caries.It is a good anticariogenic material as it not only arrest caries but also prevent occurance of new carious lesions. Studies and experiments (In Vivo) with silver diamine fluoride has proved it to be better than fluoride varnish Acidulated Phosphate Fluoride. It is a good step against caries prevalence.
