Lasers have been integrated into everyday dental practice now a day. Lasers of various wavelengths have come and gone and the present state of the art lasers look like they are here to stay. There are mainly two wavelengths now used and have been adapted for use as hard lasers and many wavelengths for the soft tissue lasers. Today it is possible to carry virtually most of dental procedures using lasers and their optimum application will be shown with clinical cases that have been treated at the practice, and will spot light the procedures that laser can help in giving a superior outcome and more comfort to the patients. The purpose of this presentation is to ensure the benefit of the laser in modern dental practice and help in giving in a brief most of the possible procedures can be done by laser in the dental clinic
