Abstract:

Most anticancer drugs are not specific to cancer cells. As a result, the formulation development of delivery systems containing anticancer agents capable of targeting tumor cells is highly desired. Our research aimed to formulate albumin nanospheres as a technology for the delivery of anticancer agents. Doxorubicin hydrochloride and vorinostat were used as model drugs. The poster will present data on the enhanced delivery of anticancer drugs using nanospheres.
