Objective: To explore the early differential diagnosis significance of soluble receptor CD163 in system onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
Methods: Thirty three children diagnosed with systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SoJIA) in active period in our hospital from January 2010 to January were collected as the research group, 40 healthy children for medical examination in the same period were collected as the control group, the operation flow cytometry method was used to determine the T cells and ELISA method was adopted for determining the level of serum CD163. CD163 expression level with disease activity index and the correlation were observed in the two groups.
Results: The expression levels of CD163 in active period SoJIA children and regulatory T cells were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Soluble receptor expression CD163 level was positive correlated with CRP, FER, ESR significantly (P<0.05).
Conclusion: CD163 is a more valuable diagnostic index for SoJIA, which can provide a basis for active period development and clinical observation.
