Abstract:

This presentation is designed for general dental practitioners to start from proper diagnosis and good case selection to definitive treatment plan through focusing on indications and contra indications of ceramic veneers. The principles in esthetic dentistry (smile analysis and smile design) with different approaches: Digital, conventional wax up, mockup will be discussed. This lecture will discuss types of preparation, the use of preparation index and impression techniques, temporization and finally detailed step by step bonding procedure and cementation techniques.

Biography :

Kholoud Y AlAhdal has completed her Saudi Board in Restorative Dentistry in 2006, certified from Saudi Commission of Health Specialties as a Consultant in 2009. She is the Program Director of Saudi Board in Advance Restorative Dentistry in Security Forces Hospital, Riyadh, KSA and is a Member in the Local and Scientific Committee of Restorative Dentistry in the Saudi Commission of Health Specialties.
