All single events in science have led to the development of medicine. The development of scientific options in history thus should not understated. The opinion is the source of opinion as Harvey remarked. The science of medicine is a new perspective for medical men of later generations and also some authors contributions in research provided conditions that inspired to discover more in scientific field. The doctrine of specific diseases was seen as indispensable to a progressive image of the developing medical science. History of science is thus written more as the abstract force pictured as the ever triumphant conqueror of ignorance throughout the ages. Scientific development becomes a piece meal process through which individual scientific achievements are added to the ever growing stockpile that constitutes scientific techniques and knowledge.

History of medicine can also be viewed as the history of the birth, life and death of conceptual paradigms. Tropical medicine includes also indirectly lead to research in medical field enabling identification of medicinal treatments for newly occurring diseases. How can we a new diseases spreads and what are the circumstances that mankind face during the disease spreading period and how treatment will be started are being experienced by us in this COVID-19 pandemic time.

Even the medicines that are being used in earlier days of COVID-19 is an trial and error phase. Where no one can predicts whether it cures the condition of the patient or worsens the patient condition nothing but unpredictable. Now the more research on medicines and the diseases symptoms and causality lead to vaccine development. Even this is also clinical trial-III. In general any drug that is developed should be tried on animals, Monkeys, apes and then it should tried on humans. But this pandemic forced our scientists to work on humans directly.

This enabled growth of science and medicine development and it is imperative that we note the historical process which allowed the transition. The imperial imperatives and their association with health and disease conditions generally, need to be revisited with a different outlook and portrayal of the role played by the political ideology in changing the character of the discipline of medicine. In view of this, India offers a unique example of an arena of interaction between the medical traditions and the ruling ideology unique because not only it has oldest civilizations in the world but also has been the home of several foreign rulers and invasions each of which was instrumental in shaping institutions, traditions etc.

Conclusion

The study of medical traditions in India represents an acculturated product of policies and plural medical systems. The ruling ideologies made transformations in scientific and medical paradigms a reality. It will be shown that with the advancement of scientific era in historical studies, medicine seized the opportunity to re-establish itself under meticulous scrutiny by scholars with a new outlook in relation to humanity. The development of medicine in tropical areas accompanies many barriers of acceptance and rejections by the ruling ideologies. Hence tropical medicine development is being a challenge to every scientist who are working on it.
