By raising awareness, challenging misconceptions, and promoting access to treatment and support, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for those living with mental illness.

Defining mental disorders

Mental disorders encompass a broad range of conditions that affect mood, behavior, and cognitive functioning. They can manifest in various forms, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders.
