The world of cancer treatment has been revolutionized by the development of targeted therapy. With the recent challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, targeted therapy has emerged as a essential tool in the fight against cancer. This article describes the concept of targeted therapy, its benefits and its role in cancer care during the COVID era [1].
Targeted therapy
Targeted therapy is a type of cancer treatment that uses drugs or other substances to identify and attack specific cancer cells.
