Introduction

On behalf of the Board of Food Processing and Technology Journal, I am happy to introduce the Volume 11, Issue 10 of the journal. The journal established in September 2012 has now published 10 issues; twelve issues in a year.

The Journal is indexed in numerous reputed databases such as CAS Source Index (CASSI), Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, Sherpa Romeo, Genamics JournalSeek, Academic Keys, JournalTOCs, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Global Online Research in Agriculture (AGORA), Agriculture and Biosciences International (CABI), RefSeek, Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI) and many others. The JCR Impact factor of JFPT for the year 2019 was 2.53.

One of the targets of this journal is to support the distribution from various fields of research that assists with improving further the talk on Food Technology.

I am incredibly grateful to the JFPT Board and our readers and contributors (authors and reviewers) for making this journal an extraordinary achievement. JFPT was set up with a dream of supporting and advancing research in food science. We are hoping to expand our board of reviewers and editorial panel from over the different sub specialities in the concerned field.

Any papers that you wish to submit, either exclusively or cooperatively, are abundantly valued and highly appreciated,
