Health administrator’s work tirelessly to improve the overall quality of healthcare services optimize resource utilization and enhance patient outcomes. Health administration involves planning, coordinating and supervising various aspects of healthcare organizations and services. It is a multidisciplinary field that draws on principles from management, finance, human resources, public health and policy development. Health administrators work in diverse settings, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, insurance companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
