Biography
Dr. Yong Wu has received his doctoral degree & Master degree from Department of Pathophysiology, Medical College of Wuhan University. He successfully completed responsibilities as Postdoctoral Fellow from University of Oklahoma Health Science Center (2005-2008) & University of California (2008-2010). Currently Dr, Yong Wu working as Professional Researcher, Department of Biochemistry, University of California.
Research Interest
1) Pathogenesis of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes
2) Molecular investigation of the pathogenesis of obesity and diabetes
3) Lipid metabolism and signaling transduction
4) Molecular and cellular biology of cardiovascular diseases
5) Nitric oxidative (NO) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling in endothelial
cell
