Shih-Jung LIU, is a professor in Chang Gung University.He has received his Ph.D from Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madisonin year 1992.Dr. Liu has received post doctoral fellowship from McMaster University, Canada in year 1993.Dr. Liu serves as an Editor for many reputed journals like Journal of Polymer Engineering,International Polymer Processing. Dr. Liu has received awards like morand Lambla award.
