Biography

As a University teacher Dr.Shahid Iqbal is serving since January 2005 and being a Clinical Psychologist had more than 600 Psychotherapy and more than 100 Psychological Assessment sessions. For Research methods training, attended two months training sessions conducted by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). He also attended four days workshop on Test Item Construction Techniques, organized by National Testing Service & Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Currently serving as an editor and reviewer of “International Journal of Educational Research and International Research Journals”. He is a life time member of Pakistan Psychological Association. As a Supervisor, supervised more than 40 researches at Post graduate level and currently supervising Ph.D students. Dr.Shahid Iqbal served as an external examiner for Post graduate MS / MPhil and Ph.D students in multiple educational institutes. At present he is an HEC Registered Supervisor. Member of Ph.D Board of studies at IOBM, Karachi, and member of BS, MS / Ph.D Board of studies at department of Psychology FUUAST, Karachi, and member of advisory committee for synopsis / Thesis (BS, PMD, MS & Ph.D) at Institute of Professional Psychology, Bahria University Karachi. Since 2012 memeber academic commitee Institute of Clinical Psychology, Karachi-Pakistan. Since January 2005 he served as member of different bodies of FUUAST.

Mental Health, Clinical Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Research Methods & Statistics, Organizational Psychology, Human Behavior, Theories of Personality, Sport Psychology & Supervising Interns.
