Professor Salah A Abo-El-Enein has received his PhD in Ain Shams University during the period of 1971. Currently, he is working as Professor of Physical Chemistry and Building Materials in Ain Shams University, Egypt. He has authored 165 research articles.
The production of certain types of blended cements and autoclaved building products from Egyptian sources, blastfurance slag and blastfurance slag cement, Portland cement and its pure components, expansive cement and ettringite, pozzolanic and white cements, addition of silica fume and rice husk ash silica, polymer impregnated cement composites, application of Moessbauer spectroscopy in cement industry, utilization of solid industrial wastes including cement kiln dust in the production of blended cement or autoclaved building products and the use of superplasticizers to improve the physico-mechanical properties of the hardened cement pastes, preparation and characterization of some nano-materials and their applications.
