Biography
Dr. Rodrigo A. Valverde is a professor in the Louisiana State university and he completed his PhD in 1984, University of Arkansas. Development of a research program addressing important viral diseases of Louisiana crops. Other duties include teaching a graduate course on plant virology, advice and direct the research of graduate students.
Research Interest
Plant virology, dsRNA viruses, characterization of viruses causing diseases in Louisiana.
