Biography

Reza Tahergorabi is an assistant professor of food & nutritional science since 2013 till now. He has completed his postdoctoral degree in evaluating the structure and function of proteins derived from hydrolysis as well as their functional and bioactive properties (e.g. antimicrobial, ACE-inhibitory, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory activities, as fortifying agents, etc.). He also has knowledge in the field of fisheries. He has been a mentor of several research programmes. He has been assigned with grants like USDA-NIFA for different research programmes. He has reviewed many scientific papers. He is associated with several publications of books and scientific papers.
