Dr Kesli had Assocciate Professor degree in June 2012. Between 1988-1994 he survived medical faculty education at Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine. After graduating he worked for three years as a goverment doctor. He passed Specialising Examination in Medicine and started to work for Microbiology and Clinical Microbiology Specialising Education at Ataturk University Faculty of Medicine at 1997. After finishing specialising education he started to work as a microbiology specialist in Govern Hospitals. Now he is working at Konya Education and Research Hospital. Dr. Kesli founded Molecular Diagnostic Unit of Hospital. Different kinds of diagnostic tests based on molecular diagnostic principles such as RT-PCR, DNA Reverse-Hybridization, Pyro-Sequencing…etc now available to work in this Unit with his professional team. Dr. Kesli attended different courses (Marmara Research Center blongs to The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey-TUBITAK) about application of molecular diagnostic methods in medicine. Now he is working as chief of Molecular Diagnostic Department. Dr. Kesli published his first book about anaerobic bacteria with his thesis advisor (Prof. Dr. S. Celebi). In the latest years, Dr. Kesli focused his investigations based on molecular diagnositc techniques of HCV, HPV and comparison of laboratory assay reactives and methods used in the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori. Membershep belongs to Dr. Kesli continuing at different national and international microbiology and clinical microbiology soceities. He attended many international and national congress and symposiums (more than twenty) and presented many abstracts (more than fifty). Dr. Kesli also published articles in national (more than twenty) and international SCI/SCIE journals (more than twenty) in Turkish and English and has been cited (more than sixty) articles published in national and international journals. Dr. Kesli can speak English very well, and Arabic Language intermediate level. He is married with three boys.
Dr. Kesli Research Interests includes Virology: Hepatitis viruses (Especially Hepatitis C virus), Bacteriology: Anaerobic bacteria, H. pylori and Molecular Diagnostic Methods Used in Infectious Diseases.
