Biography
Qiangjun Cai, MD is a practicing cardiologist in McFarland Clinic in Iowa. He finished medical training in Xuzhou Medical College and Peking Union Medical University in China. His postdoctoral training was focused on diabetic cardiovascular complications. He also finished internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship training in the United States. He has served as an editor and reviewer for multiple journals.
Research Interest
Atherosclerosis, vascular biology, complications of percutaneous coronary intervention, and echocardiography.
