He is a scientific researcher in the Molecular Biology Department of the "I. Chiricuta” Cancer Institute, in Cluj Napoca. In 2006 he obtained a PhD in Medical Science on pharmacogenomics : Drug carrier systems to specific cellular targets. His current scientific activity is related to translational research with clinical applications in cancer. His background is based on biochemistry and molecular biology. He is specialised in the field of genomics (GE, miRNA) on WHG analysis. He had a Marie-Curie fellowship at Functional Genomics Department from Gustave Roussy Institute, Villejuif, France (2003-2004). He completed my PhD (2006) in Medical Science in the field of Pharmacy. From 2007 He became PI for genomics analysis on several national grants on cancer pathology (cervix, prostate, breast). From 2011 He is involved as Coordinator for genomics training applications in the healthcare system (molecular diagnostics) supported by a nation grant.
