Dr. Om Parkash did M.Sc (Microbiology) from HAU, India; Ph.D. from Agra University, India. Designation: Scientist-F (old version of this title was: Senior Grade Deputy Director) and in-charge of Old Immunology Laboratory at National JALMA Institute, More than 33 years of research experience in Immunology of leprosy and tuberculosis at JALMA Institute. Total publications: 73 including those published in various International Journals and the articles related to vaccines. Awards: was awarded a prestigious ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) award “JALMA Trust Oration award” (ii) was honoured as a “Fellow of Society for Immunology and Immunopathology”.
