Biography
Snehalatha is currently working as deputy manager in research and development department of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. This is a generic pharmaceutical company with focus on providing affordable and quality medicines to the needed. She works on strategizing of approaches to product development, their development, proof of concept execution and filing to regulated markets. She plays a key role in product selection, review process. Majority of her work is on identification and creation intellectual property which enables new opportunities and this provides edge to the organization over other competitors.
Snehalatha completed her post graduation from renowned institute Banaras Hindu University and completed her PhD from prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science. Her thesis work was published in different national and international journals. During her tenure at Dr.Reddys laboratories, she received many awards for innovation, development and execution excellence.
