Doctor of Economics (1997), Professor (1998), Nizhny Novgorod institute of management (branch), Honored Worker of Higher School of the Russian Federation (Presidential Decree of 22 March 2004), Head of the department of management and marketing, faculty of State and Municipal Administration, Nizhny Novgorod institute of management – branch of the Russian presidential academy of national economy and public administration (in past Volga-Vyatka Personnel Center, since 1992 – the Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration). Morozova G.A. is a full member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and is a full member of the International Academy of Sciences and the manufacturing practices.
