Dr. Mariusz Szymczak holds the position of research scientist and assistant professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology in Faculty of Food Science and Fisheries, West Pomeranian University of Technology, Poland. He did his Master\s degree and Doctoral degree from the Faculty of Food Sciences and Fisheries, Agricultural University of Szczecin, Poland. He has a number pf publications, conferences and projects, which take an upper hand in his scientific associations
