Graduated in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering in the Federal University of Mato Grosso- (1992), Specialization in Health and the Environment (1993), MSc (1996) and Ph.D. (2001) in Hydraulic Engineering and Sanitation by the University of São Paulo - School of Engineering of São Carlos-EESC-USP, Post-doctoral in the Hydraulics and Sanitation Department, Polytechnic School-USP (2005). MBA in Environmental Management (2005). Research professor in the course of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, Federal University of Mato Grosso-UFMT. Participates in the Master\s Program in Water Resources in UFMT. Experience in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering.
