Professor in 2008–2010 in Homology modeling and protein structure refinement at University of Regensburg, Regensburg, Germany. Also developed many tools like BMRB data access and visualization tools in Python. EPPIC Computing pipeline to analyze protein interfaces in entire PDB.
Serving as a reviewer for Proteins: Structure, Function and Bioinformatics. Published more than 20 publications.
