Biography
Dr. Jinping Liu has a strong background in diverse fields in tumor biology, tumor heterogeneity, and cell cycle and DNA repair, data analysis. She was devoted to projects in high-throughput omic screen, cluster computing and data analysis with applying and gaining statistics knowledge from two semesters Statistics for Biomedical Scientists classes. She was also devoted to fundamental mechanism study about what, why liver tumor growth is different between normal tissue and tumor from genome-wide analysis from DNA repair aspect. She has acquired solid training on experimental design and dissecting puzzles in the signaling pathway.
