Jian Wang, male, born in April 1980, Doctor, professor, master tutor in the field of food processing and safety. I served as the member of the first Hebei Food Safety Risk Assessment Expert Committee, the director of Hebei Food Society, the director of Hebei Nutrition Society, and the vice chairman of Zhangjiakou Nutrition Society. Director of Research Office of Hebei Potato Processing Engineering Technology Innovation Center, Deputy director of Zhangjiakou Key Laboratory of Characteristic Agricultural Products Quality and Safety, key member of Hebei Key Laboratory of Agricultural Products and Food Quality and Safety Analysis and Testing. Member of the buckwheat food processing post team of the national Oat and buckwheat industry technical system, member of the tail vegetable resource utilization post team of Hebei Province open field vegetable industry technical system, member of the second Youth Editorial Committee of “Food Industry Science and Technology”.
My main research interests are agricultural product quality and safety testing, deep processing and comprehensive utilization of vegetables and grains. I presided over more than 10 provincial, bureau level and horizontal scientific research projects such as Hebei Province key research and development Plan, and won 1 third prize in Hebei Province mountain area, 1 third prize in Zhangjiakou science and technology progress, and 1 third prize in Zhangjiakou mountain area. In recent years, I has published more than 50 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals such as Food Chemistry, Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology, Food Science, and China Food Journal, including 10 papers included in SCI and 7 papers included in EI. I edited and participated in the compilation of 4 textbooks, authorized 2 national invention patents and 2 utility
