Born in Southwest China, Pu Hongbin is Professor in School of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology and a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher in the past two year. He received his PhD from South China University of Technology, China, in 2012. In 2015, he joined School of Food Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology after postdoctoral fellow. His research interests include SERS sensor, data mining of spectra and hyperspectral imaging for rapid detection of food. Up to now, he has published more than 120 papers in peerreviewed journals with an H-index of 58.
