Dr Ogata has received his PhD in Tohoku University in 1988. Currently he is working as Director in the Stock Enhancement Technology Development Center National Research Institute of Aquaculture FRA Japan. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Deputy Chief Aquaculture Department Southeast Fisheries Development Center, Iloilo Philippines.
