Assistant Professor of Child Neuropsychiatry at the University of Parma. Main activity is carried out mainly in the pediatric neurology field, with emphasis on neonatal neurology and neurophysiology. He teaches students of the sixth year of the Medical School, resident students of the post-graduate specialization in Pediatrics, Neurology, Physical Medicine and Psychiatry. Main research activities are focused on infants with perinatal brain damages and neonatal seizures.
He is interested in neurophysiological study of the maturation of the brain bioelectric activity, in the study of partial epilepsy of infancy, childhood, and their related EEG pattern.
