Dr. Eliezer Flescher is the chairman of the department of Clinical Microbiology and Immunology of the Tel Aviv University school of medicine, where he is an associate professor of microbiology. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and PhD degrees from Tel Aviv university. He was a post-doctoral fellow at the division of clinical immunology, department of medicine, of the university of Texas health science center at San Antonio. He was an assistant professor of environmental medicine at New York university. He serves on the editorial boards of four journals, and has reviewed papers for more than 40 journals. He has more than 70 publications.
