Biography

I was born on February 14, 1958 in Bangkok, Thailand. I graduated Bachelor degree in Biology Program, Rhamkamhaeng University (1977-1980), Master degree in Biochemistry Mahidol University (1987-1988) and PhD degree in Nutritional Toxicology, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. I’m married with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orathai Tangvarasittichai since 1987. We had 2 children, one boy and one girl. My first work place was Department of Clinical Chemistry, Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand (1985-1997). In 1997, we moved our family to work as instructor at Department of Medical Technology, Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand. Phitsanulok is a one province of the Lower Northern Region of Thailand. In the present day, I worked at the Department of Medical Technology, Allied Health Sciences, Naresuan University. My research area is all about obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complication and the related area also. I’ll prepare for assessed as Professor position in nearly.
