Biography
Sheila Foley has received her M.S. Criminal Justice from Westfield State College and pursuing Ph.D. Business Administration Concentration: Criminal Justice from Northcentral University. She is active member of Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, MA Association of Criminal Justice Education and Western MA ASIS. She is clinically certified as forensic counselor and licensed as social worker.
