Biography

Dongming Gan received his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering in 2009 from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications based on a joint PhD program with Kings College London, supported by the China State Scholarship Fund. After getting his PhD degree, he worked for humanoid robot group in the Advanced Robotics Department at Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) as a Post-doctoral Researcher. He then joined the Robotics Research Institute at Khalifa University of Science, Technology & Research in 2011.
